Place an order against your quotation
Tell us what you need and where it goes, then pay by UPI or bank transfer from your own banking app. If you have not been quoted yet, ask the supply desk for a price first.
Three steps, no card details
We take no card payments and store no payment credentials. You pay from your own banking app, exactly as you would pay any other supplier.
One. Your details
Delivery address, what you are taking, and the quotation reference and amount our supply desk agreed with you.
Two. Pay
We give you an order reference and our account details. Pay by UPI or NEFT, quoting the reference in the remark.
Three. Tell us
Enter the UTR your bank app shows. We match it against our statement, confirm, and then schedule dispatch.

Four things worth checking
Check the amount
Against the quotation we sent you. If the two do not agree, call us before transferring anything.
Quote the reference
Put the order reference in the payment remark. Without it, matching your credit takes far longer.
We never phone for details
Nobody from Moon & Mars will ever ring you for an OTP, a UPI PIN or your card number. Treat any such call as fraud.
Confirmation is manual
A reported payment is not a confirmed one. We check our bank statement, then confirm dispatch to you directly.
Orders are subject to our terms and conditions, refund and cancellation policy and shipping and delivery policy.
Get a price first
Quantity, crop and destination are enough for us to come back with grade, packing and a delivered price, usually the same working day.
