Built around a single, unglamorous product
Moon & Mars runs a vermicompost facility in Uttar Pradesh. Agricultural and agro-processing residues arrive at one end of the yard; graded, packed organic manure leaves at the other. There is no second product line competing for attention.
Most compost buyers have been burned once by a load that arrived half-finished, smelled sour, or behaved differently from the sample. Our operating discipline is aimed squarely at that risk: known feedstock, full maturation, screening before packing.
We sell to people who buy again: commercial farms, organic growers, dealers and exporters. That makes repeat performance the only metric worth counting.

Know the feedstock
Only identified agricultural and agro-processing residues enter the yard. Mixed municipal waste does not.
Let it finish
Beds are harvested on maturity, not on order pressure. Immature compost is the fastest way to lose a customer.

Screening is what turns compost into a product with a specification a buyer can plan around.

Scale that survives a harvest-season order book
