Sell a product that comes back for a second order
We appoint dealers and distributors on a territory basis. You get consistent stock, retail packs that move off a shelf, and a producer who answers the phone in season.
Retail packs that move off a shelf
What a dealer actually needs from a producer
One product, done well
You are not stocking a shelf of half-selling SKUs. One grade, four pack sizes, and a producer whose whole business depends on it working.
Repeat purchase
Compost is a recurring input, not a one-time sale. A farmer who sees a result comes back next season, and the season after.
Consistent stock
Covered beds in continuous rotation mean supply is staged rather than seasonal. Your shelf does not empty in the month it matters.
Territory protection
We appoint on a territory basis rather than selling to everyone in the same district and letting you fight over price.
Private-label option
Established distributors can discuss packing under their own brand, subject to volume commitment.
Direct line to the plant
Stock questions go to the people who run production, not to a call centre reading a script.
The profile that works
- An existing agri-input, seed or fertiliser retail business
- Direct relationships with farmers in your district
- Covered, dry storage space for packed stock
- Ability to commit to a monthly or seasonal offtake
- Willingness to demonstrate the product on farmer plots
Not every box has to be ticked. If you move agri-inputs in a district we do not yet cover, it is worth a conversation.
Four steps, no ceremony
Send your details
District, current product lines and expected volumes through the form on this page.
Territory check
We confirm whether your area is open and what offtake makes it viable for both sides.
Sample and terms
You get material to show farmers, and we agree margin, credit and support in writing.
First dispatch
Opening stock is scheduled, with point-of-sale material and product training included.

Support
Point-of-sale material, product training and farmer-meet participation
Tell us about your territory
